We have long been committed to good corporate governance and achieving our business objectives in an honest, transparent and accountable way. We regard corporate governance as a key element underpinning the sustainable, long-term growth of our business.

As a company listed on the Nairobi Securities Exchange since 1969, we also comply with the Capital Markets Authority's Code of Corporate Governance Practices for Issuers Of Securities To The Public 2015.

Our values are reflected in various policies and principles, including our Standards of Business Conduct, which demonstrate our commitment to good corporate behaviour. Applicable to all staff, they have been in place for many years, and are regularly revised to ensure that they remain at the forefront of best business practice

In addition, our Statement of Business Principles is designed to reflect the expectations of our stakeholders that we operate our business responsibly.
